Wolfberg & Wolfberg, P.C. is a father and son law firm run by Theodore Wolfberg and his son Daniel Wolfberg.

Wolfbeg & Wolfberg, P.C. is comprised of attorneys with over 80 years of combined experience helping people in matters ranging from estate planning and will contests to personal injury claims and contract disputes. We are licensed to practice law throughout the state of California and we have fought for clients in Federal District Courts, Superior Courts, the California Courts of Appeals, and in the California Supreme Court.

We have represented high net worth families and individuals with probate and estate planning issues and are experienced with special needs trusts, spendthrift provisions, general federal estate tax issues, and probate litigation. In over 70 years of combined practice, we have seen almost every issue before. We are proud of our ability to offer service to our clients with a personal touch and are available to make house calls if a client is unable to come to our office. As an added convenience, Theodore is a notary public.


Theodore Wolfberg

Theodore is originally from Los Angeles and has been in private practice since 1967. Theodore is admitted to practice in all the Federal and State courts of California. Theodore has extensive experience with non-profit organizations as well as estate administration and estate litigation. Theodore is a member and former Board Secretary of Film LA, Inc., which is a non-profit that provides a link between production companies and the communities in which they film. Theodore was a long-time member of the board and former board chair for Los Angeles Retarded Citizens Ranch (LARC Ranch). LARC Ranch provides residential and day program services for developmentally disabled adults.

daniel Wolfberg

Daniel is originally from Los Angeles and has been in private practice since 1994. Daniel is admitted to practice in all the Federal and State courts of California.  His practice areas include: Personal Injury and General Business and Real Estate Litigation. Daniel is an experienced trial attorney and has tried many cases to trial for both plaintiffs and defendants.  Daniel has argued at the California Supreme Court in Saelzler v. Advanced Group 400 (2001) 25 Cal. 4th 763.  Daniel is a proud dog owner and has volunteered his time to help animal rescue groups.  Daniel has also served on the boards of two prominent Jewish organizations.
